ITE - ASOCIACION INSTITUTO TECNOLOGICO DE LA ENERGIA (Spain)
The Energy Technology Institute (ITE), is a private, non-profit-making association set up in 1994, forming of the IMPIVA REDIT (Network of Technology Institutes of the Valencian Small and Medium-Sized Business Institute). The services, products and technological projects are addressed to national and international public bodies and companies in the energy, electric, electronic and communications sectors. R&D work is one of the basic mainstays on which ITE is sustained. ITE has a long experience in the energy sector and in the field of Advanced modelling, simulation and control of vehicle behaviour and its interaction with its surroundings, Model grid and the Distributed Energy Resources.

FRAUNHOFER-GESELLSCHAFT ZUR FOERDERUNG DER ANGEWANDTEN FORSCHUNG E.V (Germany)
The Fraunhofer Institute for Communication Systems (FRAUNHOFER) undertakes applied research focused on information and communication systems that are simultaneously secure, powerful, intelligent and simple to use. FRAUNHOFER researchers are experts in a wide range of ICT fields, from transmission technologies and protocols and systems to intelligent applications. FRAUNHOFER research expertise is applied by the Automotive, Enterprise & Carrier Communication and Industrial Communication business units, which target industries that rely heavily on the use of information and communication technologies.

ETRA - ETRA ELECTRONIC TRAFIC SA (Spain)
Electronic Trafic S.A. (ETRA) is part of ETRA Group, which is owned by ACS, the 4th largest Construction Corporation in the World. With 2200 employees and a turnover of 250M€. ETRA Group is a market leader in the fields of technology, mobility and public services. More than 5.000 vehicles worldwide make use of ETRA’s technology in their daily operation. More than 10.000 intersections are managed by ETRA’s traffic management systems. More than 1.000.000 users use daily ETRA’s smart card based solutions. Group ETRA is member of the Spanish Green Car working group.
EIHP
EIHP - ENERGY INSTITUTE "HRVOJE POZAR" (Croatia)
Energy Institute Hrvoje Požar (EIHP) has been founded as a non-profit institution in 1994. Its mission is to provide expert and scientific support to the strategic development of Croatian and regional energy systems and its sub-systems; the processes of legislative reform and development; the advancement of economic relations; and to facilitate development of relevant institutions. The Institute is specialised to provide integrated services across the whole value chain in energy, infrastructure and transport industry. As for references of relevance, it has to be stressed out that EIHP is the founder and currently the leader of National E-mobility, with its mission to gather key market players and to define framework which will facilitate introduction of electric vehicles on domestic and regional SEE market.

Enel Distribuzione (ENEL) is a Distribution System Operator and part of ENEL Group, Italy’s largest power company, and Europe’s second listed utility by installed capacity. ENEL ensures the electric power distribution service on the network of its competence, fulfilling the duty of transport of the energy between the transmission network and the consumers. The activities, besides managing one of the widest MV/LV grids in the world, are focused on the research of a continuous improvement for supplying excellent service with competitive prices by achieving the targets fixed by Italian Regulator in terms of quality of service and consumers expectations. ENEL is deeply involved in smart-grids and electric mobility R&D activities, having deployed – first in Europe – more than 30 millions of smart meters and a cutting-edge recharging infrastructure with revenue grade embedded smart metering system.

CIT Development & Consulting S.L. (CIT) is a Spanish company defined as an integrator of ICT solutions, making it the technology partner of the company which provides its services, and as Consulting company specialized in R&D activities specially ICT, mathematics logistics and security research and implementation/integration tasks in its other business activities. The main areas of activity of CIT are Consulting Services; Implementation of SAP Systems; Support and Incident Management; and R&D in different sectors, including ICT applications in electro-mobility or water management areas.
ELEKTRO LJUBLJANA
ELEKTRO LJUBLJANA PODJETJE ZADISTRIBUCIJO ELEKTRICNE ENERGIJE DD (Slovenia)
Elektro Ljubljana Podjete Za Distribucijo Elektricne Energije D.D. (ELEKTRO-LJUBLJANA) is the largest power distribution company in Slovenia. It covers the main part of Slovenia, including Ljubljana, the country’s capital city; hence it supplies electricity to over 326,000 customers. The Company is also responsible for the development, maintenance and management of the grid and it employs almost 1,000 employees. The mission of is a complete supply of electricity to consumers and performance of ancillary services. ELEKTRO-LJUBLJANA and its Metering department are focused and have developed their own information system for managing smart meters. It is based on analysing and how metering together with monitoring influences on consumer behaviour.

HRVATSKI TELEKOM (Croatia)
Hrvastki Telekom (HT) is the main telecommunications and ICT provider in Croatia, majority owned by Deutsche Telekom AG, quoted on the Zagreb and London Stock Exchanges. HT service portfolio, as a market leader in Croatia, covers the full telecommunications range (fixed and mobile telephony, data transmission and broadband, international communications, wholesale telecommunication services to alternative telco operators). In addition to traditional telco services. HT is also the market leader in IPTV services. With last year’s acquisition of Combis (the Croatian leader in ICT solutions and system integration) HT gained valuable experience and strong market presence in the growing ICT market segment. HT Group's ICT experience ranges across several sub-sectors, including: communication solutions development, system integration and development services, application development (banking, security, and system solutions).
TECHNOMAR
TECHNOMAR GMBH (Germany)
Technomar GmbH (TECHNOMAR) is a private service company which works mainly for large industrial firms. Since 1977 TECHNOMAR has been focussing on technology-based market assessment and research projects. Principal customers of TECHNOMAR are international companies such as Siemens, Motorola, BASF, Continental, DENSO, E.ON, Volkswagen, TÜV SÜD and others who are acting in the field of ICT and electro mobility. National governments, like the German Ministry for Economics and Technology, are also customers of TECHNOMAR. In the field of electro mobility TECHNOMAR conducted some large market research projects.
OPREMA
OPREMA RAVNE (Slovenia)
Oprema Ravne (OPREMA) is a company specialized in technological production lines for automotive industry and pneumatic hammers for mine works and construction industry. The company was established in 1997. The most important achievement is completion of great multidisciplinary automated turnkey projects for automotive industry. One of company's most important products is a rolling machine for precision rolling of parabolic leaf springs. OPREMA develops integrated technology solutions, including development and making of flexible CNC production unit for leaf spring bending. Development strategy is based on a comprehensive quality control, synergistic connections within the company and focus on global markets. OPREMA’s current focus in R&D is development of an electric vehicle.

ETREL SVETOVANJE IN DRUGE STORITVE DOO (Slovenia)
Etrel Svetovanje in Druge Storitve Doo (ETREL) is an SME focused on products on the field of electro mobility and ICT services for the power sector. It was set in operation early on 2009. ETREL currently offers products such as charging poles (stations) for electric vehicles, PLCs for home automation and automation of industrial machines, SW package for asset management and maintenance support, WEB SCADA SW package, SW package for protection relay control centre. Services offered are system integration of complex power systems, SW development of technical information systems, analytical data processing, industrial automation and automation of processes in power sector.
CRAT
CONSORZIO PER LA RICERCA NELL' AUTOMATICA E NELLE TELECOMUNICAZIONI C.R.A.T. (Italy)
Consortium for Research in Automation and Telecommunication (CRAT) is a non-profit research consortium including the University of Rome "La Sapienza", Selex-Elsag, Thales Alenia Space and Space Engineering. In particular, the project will be in charge of the research group of the University of Rome "La Sapienza" coordinated by Prof. Francesco Delli Priscoli. The University of Rome "La Sapienza" is by far the biggest (around 150,000 students), the oldest (funded around 1300) university of the city and one of the most prestigious Italian and European universities. It hosts several faculties, which, in turn, are organized in departments including some research groups. CRAT has a huge experience in the framework of ICT related projects financed by the European Union, as well as several profitable co-operations with major industries.

Zabala Innovation Consulting, S.A. (Spain)
Zabala Innovation Consulting (ZABALA), Independent international consultancy founded in 1986 specialised in comprehensive consultancy of both R&D and Innovation management and international cooperation for the industry, administrations, technology centres and research centres. ZABALA’s team is composed of 140 qualified workers with complementary backgrounds (engineering, life sciences, economy, law, etc.) distributed in its seven offices located in Pamplona, Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Santiago de Compostela, Sevilla and Brussels.
